What you will do

• Design and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows across development, test, and production environments.
• Engineer secure, scalable cloud platform capabilities using infrastructure-as-code and container platforms.
• Maintain platform reliability, observability, secrets management, and access controls.
• Implement and maintain DevSecOps controls for scanning, monitoring, and incident response workflows.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve developer experience and release repeatability.
• Manage orchestration platforms, artifact repositories, and shared runtime services.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Knowledge of security controls, vulnerability scanning, and compliance-oriented engineering.
• Ability to obtain Government clearance and complete fingerprinting at a government facility.
• Must reside within the continental US; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal contracting environments or Department of Veterans Affairs initiatives.
• Familiarity with InterSystems IRIS or healthcare integration platforms.
• Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, security, or DevOps.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Git-based delivery ecosystems.
