Salary: $87,765–$111,264 annual USD

What you will do

  • Lead and support a manufacturing team of 10–15 employees.
  • Learn to manage production schedules and meet customer commitments.
  • Coach and mentor employees while developing a leadership style.
  • Partner with engineering, quality, operations, facilities, and supply chain teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
  • Use Lean Manufacturing tools and participate in Kaizen events.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2 years of team leadership experience, including experience from internships, co-ops, campus leadership, athletics, military service, retail, food service, or similar environments.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow as a leader in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Access to controlled data or information may be restricted to US Persons under ITAR requirements.

Nice to have

  • Supervisory experience in aerospace or electronics manufacturing.
  • Basic knowledge of continuous improvement practices such as standard work, 5S, and material replenishment.
