Production Supervisor (Aerospace & Defense)

Location: Graham, KY, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

What you will do

• Lead Assembly Department personnel and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Coordinate execution of tasks and milestones with Product Engineers, the Production Planner, and the Production Manager.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives involving standard work, operator loading, time studies, 5S, and Lean manufacturing.
• Investigate manufacturing process failures, lead problem-solving efforts, and implement corrective actions across shifts.
• Train and mentor personnel on EBOS, ISO procedures, manufacturing documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate time reporting, inventory records, and production-area cycle counts while interfacing with operators, quality inspectors, and engineers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project, manufacturing, or related engineering experience.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Project management experience, including documenting, planning, promoting, and executing programs.
• Understanding of continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing practices, and ERP/MRP planning systems.
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills for working with production personnel and management.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
