Production Supervisor (Aerospace & Defense)

Base pay range: $51,861–$97,242 per year

What you will do

• Lead daily electronics assembly manufacturing operations and direct Assembly Technicians.
• Deliver production objectives across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Create daily production plans, assign resources, track performance, and address schedule risks.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Production Planning.
• Manage labor capacity, equipment loading, inventory practices, and kanban systems.
• Coach employees and lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing, operations, engineering, or production leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience or familiarity with electronics manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, project management, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and ERP/MRP planning systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Microsoft Project; knowledge of Design for Manufacturing methods.
