Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, or Denver, Colorado

Annual expected pay range: $120,000–$160,000 USD. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available subject to the terms and conditions of the company’s sign-on bonus program.

What you will do

• Lead engineers and designers through project development, including plans, specifications, permitting, bidding, and construction services.
• Manage project proposals, scopes, budgets, schedules, and execution.
• Build productive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Coach less experienced staff in client needs, technical delivery, writing, and project communication.
• Support regional business development through networking, proposals, and client presentations.
• Identify state, federal, and other funding opportunities for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer registration in Colorado, or the ability to obtain it within three months.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience managing client relationships and engineering project delivery.
• Experience with conceptual through detailed design, process optimization, probable cost opinions, constructability reviews, and quality assurance reviews.
• Strong verbal, written, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
