Water/Wastewater Project Manager

What you will do

• Direct and coordinate single- and multidiscipline teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage complex small-to-medium projects and routine large projects, including multiple concurrent assignments.
• Maintain client relationships and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
• Coordinate deliverables, staffing, and workload to meet project schedules.
• Track project budgets and financial performance, adjusting team effort as needed.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and participate in periodic project reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• At least 7 years of related experience, including a minimum of 2 years in project management.
• Experience with MS Office and MS Project.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Commitment to active participation in an employee-owned culture.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Access.
