Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager

Location: Colorado, United States — Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, or Greenwood Village

Salary: $148,533–$212,190 annually

What you will do

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of large multidisciplinary water and wastewater engineering projects and programs.
• Manage project delivery and contract activities for Federal clients, including Requests for Qualifications, Requests for Proposals, and SF330 Statements of Qualifications.
• Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, resources, project financials, and project controls.
• Represent hirify.global in Federal and state regulatory and permitting discussions while maintaining compliance with client requirements.
• Build client relationships, support business development, lead proposal strategy, and participate in contract negotiations.
• Mentor staff, facilitate project meetings, guide technical documentation, and contribute to strategic and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of related experience and 5 years of project management experience; 20 years of civil infrastructure experience and 15 years of project management experience are preferred.
• Experience with civil infrastructure, including grading, drainage, roads, utilities, water and wastewater infrastructure, and related facilities.
• Thorough understanding of project delivery for Federal clients, including project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the position location, such as a PE or P.Eng license.
• Leadership, business development, strategic planning, MS Office, and MS Project experience required; Access experience is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with structural design, instrumentation and controls, and mechanical systems for water and wastewater treatment facilities.
• MS Access experience.
