Mortgage Servicing Compliance Specialist II (Fintech)

What you will do

• Implement new and updated mortgage servicing regulations and investor requirements.
• Perform independent inline and post-mortem QA testing of loan servicing files against investor, federal, and state requirements, including RESPA and TILA.
• Review data entry for accuracy and compliance, document findings, and report issues to responsible business lines.
• Work with the Servicing Compliance Program Manager and QA team to assess the impact of regulatory changes.
• Review business-line rebuttals, determine final dispositions, and verify corrective actions for flagged errors.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Technical proficiency in regulatory compliance matters and regulations.
• Ability to analyze risk and assess the potential impact of non-compliance.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, mathematical skills, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and deliver timely, accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executives.
