Escrow Acquisition and Service Release Supervisor (Mortgage Servicing)

Salary: $64,300–$85,700 annually

What you will do

• Manage escrow account processing activities, including payment processing, vendor management, insurance claims, and escrow interest.
• Validate prior servicer checklists and loan data before the acquisition of new loans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, prior servicers, and vendors to identify and correct invalid or illogical data.
• Coordinate new client implementations, deliverables, and testing of new programming.
• Review outgoing servicing transfers, correct data issues, and ensure transfer milestones are completed.
• Handle customer research and correspondence while monitoring regulatory requirements, reporting, and departmental workflow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a mortgage environment, preferably in escrow administration or servicing transfers.
• Leadership, organizational, analytical, and results-oriented skills.
• Experience managing vendor and service-provider relationships and monitoring service delivery, productivity, and quality.
• Strong internal and external relationship-building, written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Experience with BKFS, LPS, or MSP.
