Supervisor - Mortgage Loan Servicing

Location: 11550 Ent Parkway, Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; onsite

Salary: $71,000–$83,000 annually, plus a 10% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Assist the Department Manager with daily administration and supervision of the Mortgage Loan Servicing Department.
• Monitor workloads, assign member requests, manage the servicing pipeline, schedule staff, and prioritize daily operations.
• Handle escalated member, staff, vendor, and internal stakeholder concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop employees; address personnel issues and deliver performance evaluations.
• Research and implement approved process, policy, and procedural improvements based on regulatory and investor requirements.
• Maintain compliance with Bank Secrecy Act policies and applicable mortgage servicing practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant lending, insurance, or financial services experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of first mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, construction, land, and portfolio investment property loans.
• Strong knowledge of investor and lending regulatory guidelines, notes, and Deeds of Trust.
• Advanced conflict resolution, problem-solving, workload management, communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Marketing, Sociology, Sales Management, or Organizational Leadership.
• Experience analyzing insurance claims, repair estimates, county requirements, and potential fraud indicators.
