Vice President, Global Services (Industrial Services)

Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota, United States; hybrid

Compensation: $204,400–$304,000 annually, with potential additional annual incentives.

What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year global growth strategy for services and aftermarket revenue, margin, and customer lifetime value.
• Own the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, spare parts, and digital services.
• Lead service attachment, long-term service agreements, and outcome-based service models.
• Identify market opportunities connected to data center growth, electrification, automation, and sustainability.
• Build and lead a global organization focused on data center thermal systems, industrial cooling, controls, and digital diagnostics.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Care to align global strategy with regional execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in global services, aftermarket, or industrial businesses.
• Experience scaling service or aftermarket P&L in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong strategic, financial, and operational leadership skills.
• Salesforce.com experience is required.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 40%.

• Experience in the data center or HVAC industry.
• Experience with connected products, predictive maintenance, or subscription-based services.
• Experience adopting emerging technologies and digital tools to improve business performance.
