Regional General Manager I (HVAC)

Location: Bellevue, Washington. Candidate must live within the boundaries of the Pacific Northwest region and be able to travel locally within the region up to 50%.

Annual base salary: $247,500–$375,375, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the independent regional P&L business across sales, service, operations, and engineering, supporting approximately 450 associates and $500M in sales.
• Manage business activities across four areas and 10 offices, optimizing resources, systems, processes, productivity, and customer experience.
• Develop and execute short- and long-range plans covering operations, workforce planning, employee engagement, financial performance, safety, customer satisfaction, and growth.
• Monitor markets, competitors, forecasts, operational performance, and corrective actions; report business status to senior corporate leadership.
• Lead and evaluate the regional leadership team, including area general managers and sales and operations leaders.
• Partner with Energy Services leadership to align go-to-market strategy, resource allocation, and growth expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of business, finance, sales, and marketing techniques.
• Experience leading multiple business streams and people functions and executing long-term business plans based on current data.
• Ability to travel locally within the region up to 50%.
• Must live within the boundaries of the Pacific Northwest region.
