2nd Shift Flexographic Press Operator

Location: Fresno, California, USA; on-site, 2nd shift

Pay range: $25.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate blank and multicolor flexographic printing presses, paper die cutters, slitter rewinders, and tabletop finishing machines.
• Set up and tear down production jobs using job specification packets.
• Change press master rolls, remove finished product rolls, and convert stock into smaller rolls.
• Record job run times and footage on daily production logs.
• Package, label, and seal finished goods.
• Clean ink pans, remove waste rolls, and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous flexographic printing experience.
• Technical aptitude and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to support other team members as needed.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area.
