Flexographic Press Operator (Flexographic Printing)

Location: Onsite in New Century, Kansas, USA; second shift from 6 PM to 6 AM Monday–Wednesday and 6 PM to 12 AM Thursday.

Starting pay: $20–$22 per hour. Advanced qualifications or specialized experience may qualify for a higher starting rate.

What you will do

• Set up flexographic presses, install printing plates, and adjust cylinders to precise specifications.
• Convert raw materials into finished printed products.
• Monitor ink viscosity and color sequences to maintain zero-defect quality.
• Detect machine malfunctions and perform root-cause adjustments.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet targets while maintaining a safety-first environment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of printing experience, preferably in flexographic printing.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong basic math skills and the ability to read measurements down to 1/8 inch.
• Mechanical aptitude, accountability, curiosity, and resilience during high-pressure shifts.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening.
