Remote Regional Healthcare Senior Finance Manager (Texas Oncology Dallas Region)

Location: Remote, but must currently reside in Texas, specifically in the Texas Oncology Dallas Region; up to 25% travel for key meetings. Supported sites include Dallas Medical City, Mesquite, Rockwall, Presbyterian Market, Sammons, Texas Imaging & Infusion, Plano East, and Plano West.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, KPI dashboards, budgets, forecasts, and driver-based financial models.
• Partner with physician, practice, operations, and controller leaders to explain financial results, productivity trends, cost drivers, and risks.
• Maintain performance metrics covering volume, revenue yield, payor mix, discounts, expenses, and working capital.
• Evaluate capital expenditure proposals through business cases, ROI/NPV analysis, and budget and timeline tracking.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, discounts, accounts receivable aging, and month-end close activities while supporting internal controls.
• Support provider recruitment modeling, service-line analysis, practice integrations, M&A diligence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience in financial analysis, FP&A, valuations, controllership, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting senior leaders with accurate financial analysis in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functional teams and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with interest in automation and AI-enabled process improvement.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, and/or CPA.
• Experience in healthcare services, oncology, hospital administration, or other complex multi-site healthcare settings.
