Salary: $97,000 – $145,000

What you will do

• Review and deliver financial reports and KPIs for healthcare industry clients.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling processes.
• Provide technical accounting guidance to clients and internal engagement teams.
• Develop, coach, and mentor staff and senior accountants.
• Identify and support opportunities to expand services in partnership with advisory teams.
• Oversee new client onboarding, including system setup and process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 4–6+ years of accounting experience, with healthcare and/or FQHC experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including Medicare/Medicaid and federal grant compliance (HRSA).
• Proficiency in accounting systems such as Intacct, NetSuite, or QuickBooks.
• Must be based in the US; willingness to travel up to 10%.
