Sr Financial Analyst, FP&A

Location: Remote, U.S.-oriented role

What you will do

• Support and enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models, dashboards, and reports for strategic decision-making and operational performance.
• Partner with Finance leadership on practice-wide, bottom-up budget and forecast development.
• Analyze financial results and KPIs to provide actionable insights and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Serve as a resource for Adaptive Planning modeling, reporting, and FP&A initiatives while gaining exposure to business operations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial models, assumptions, and reporting structures.
• Highly analytical approach with the ability to use data to solve business problems and support decisions.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and the ability to learn new systems and technical tools quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of finance or FP&A experience preferred.
