Senior Logistics Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts, in office/on base two days per week; U.S. citizenship required

Salary: $150,000–$170,000, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications.

hirify.global supports the Survivable Airborne Operations Center (SAOC) program, a major defense acquisition program developing and delivering the replacement fleet for the E-4B National Airborne Operations Center.

What you will do

• Implement logistics and sustainment support processes addressing SAOC lifecycle requirements.
• Draft and review Integrated Logistics Support plans, requests for proposal, statements of work, technical requirements, manuals, technical orders, and related program documentation.
• Analyze contractor logistics programs, data deliveries, pre-award surveys, design reviews, and support-related testing.
• Evaluate lifecycle cost analyses, repair-level analyses, and logistics instructions for operational organizations.
• Support the transition from Interim Contractor Support to Air Force depot and second-level engineering infrastructures.
• Coordinate procurement of spares, support equipment, training support, provisioning, inventory, asset accountability, and site surveys.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of relevant experience.
• Active U.S. security clearance at Secret level or higher is required; eligibility for Top Secret clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience working effectively in an Integrated Product Team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
