Manager, Inventory and Logistics (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Middle River, Maryland, United States; domestic and international travel required, up to 25% of the time.

Base salary: $108,000–$135,000 USD per year for Maryland.

What you will do

• Lead inventory management, material handling, shipping, and receiving teams across several East Coast sites.
• Own inventory controls, perpetual inventory reporting, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials from inventory to production, including planning and kitting for production cells.
• Implement bar-coding, bin-location, and other material-management systems and processes.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, receiving inspection, packaging, and procure-to-pay processes.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 12+ years of total work experience may substitute.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain.
• Proven experience managing inventory teams and implementing material-management systems and tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, mathematics, and statistics.
• For U.S. office work, eligibility under ITAR regulations is required, such as U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylum status, or applicable authorization.

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or heavy manufacturing.
