Supply Chain Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: On-site at the Broomfield, Colorado headquarters; applicants must be U.S. Persons and meet U.S. work authorization requirements. Relocation support is available, including for candidates not based in Denver.

Salary: $94,633–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own inventory and material flow from receiving and storage through kitting and production issue.
• Build and improve systems, processes, and controls for inventory accuracy, traceability, and production readiness.
• Manage production kitting and identify shortages, inventory risks, and material constraints before they affect schedules.
• Support procurement and planning by generating purchase orders, sourcing quotes, following up with suppliers, and translating BOMs, lead times, inventory, and schedules into material priorities.
• Manage packing, shipping, freight coordination, and hardware movement between the company, suppliers, customers, and test facilities.
• Establish stockroom, cycle-counting, material-handling, purchasing, and inventory-data standards while creating scalable workflows for ambiguous supply chain problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, material planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing operations, or related work, ideally with complex hardware.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, kitting, receiving, material transactions, BOMs, purchase orders, and traceable hardware.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, inventory, procurement, or manufacturing systems, plus strong spreadsheet and analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, set priorities, identify gaps, and drive execution with limited oversight.
• Strong organization, systems thinking, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Must work on-site in Broomfield, Colorado, be a U.S. Person, and satisfy U.S. employment eligibility requirements.
