Associate Director, Transcend R&D BPO Logistics and Global Trade (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium; the role is also available in Malvern, Horsham, Pennsylvania, and Titusville, New Jersey. Hybrid work arrangement with up to 15% international travel.

Base pay: €96,000–€165,025 annually, plus an annual bonus or sales commissions depending on location and pay grade.

What you will do

• Own and govern future-state R&D logistics and global trade processes within the Transcend program.
• Translate business strategy into enterprise capability roadmaps aligned with the global template and design authority decisions.
• Guide prioritization by articulating business value and supporting senior stakeholder decisions.
• Align R&D, Innovation Medicine Supply Chain, logistics sites, and partner functions around process transformation and value realization.
• Drive standardization, readiness, escalation management, and adoption across global logistics processes.
• Lead post-go-live continuous improvement using performance insights, stakeholder feedback, and value metrics.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in logistics or global trade within a complex global environment.
• Experience owning global or regional business processes or leading transformation initiatives, including capability roadmaps, governance, and process re-engineering.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, facilitate executive decisions, and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience with value realization, benefit tracking, and performance measurement.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs covering logistics, warehouse management, transportation management, or global trade systems.
• Experience with global template deployment, design governance, process standardization, change impact management, and adoption enablement.
• Understanding of regulated environments, compliance expectations, and quality-by-design practices.
