Salary: $152,000–$190,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the Global Supply Chain Development team and execute a 3-to-5-year roadmap across Planning and Fulfillment.
• Drive supply chain transformation projects across transportation and warehousing to optimize costs and improve service levels.
• Improve planning–logistics synchronization, Planning-to-Fulfillment handoffs, and OTIF performance.
• Help define the global Planning & Fulfillment operating model and clarify ownership of inventory, deployment, and execution decisions.
• Implement sustainable Planning & Fulfillment policies aligned with business requirements.
• Analyze capabilities, performance, and value-creation opportunities while developing recommendations for complex end-to-end supply chain issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; an MBA or MS is preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain development, planning, analytics, and operations.
• At least 5 years of experience working in cross-functional teams and 2+ years of project management experience.
• Working knowledge of at least one Integrated Supply Chain function, including Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Planning, or Fulfillment.
• Demonstrated leadership, influencing, collaboration, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills in a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience in global supply chain operations, medical device manufacturing, healthcare services, or specialty pharmacy.
• MBA or MS degree.
