Salary: $167,000–$206,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end product planning, procurement, logistics, and supply continuity from clinical through commercial supply.
  • Drive Sales & Operations Planning, demand forecasting, production-capacity alignment, and inventory optimization.
  • Manage NetSuite ERP integrations and supply modules, including master data, lot and batch tracking, serialization, and expiry management.
  • Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams on cGMP compliance, audits, GDP requirements, and temperature-controlled cold-chain logistics.
  • Develop disruption contingency plans, monitor supply-chain resilience, and report KPIs such as On Time In Full delivery.
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Commercial, Development, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and IT stakeholders to improve planning and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing.
  • Advanced experience with tier-one ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, plus advanced Excel and data analytics.
  • Ability to align business requirements with technical configuration, data integration, and reporting.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement, and communicating operational metrics.
  • Knowledge of global supply-chain practices, S&OP, inventory optimization, supplier management, cGMP, GDP, FDA, EMA, and ICH requirements.
