Sr Mgr, Supply Chain Development Leader (Pharmaceutical Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite/hybrid role in Titusville, New Jersey, or Horsham, Pennsylvania, USA; also available in Italy, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.

Salary: $122,000–$212,750 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute end-to-end global supply chain strategies for new pharmaceutical product launches, covering production, packaging, distribution, and physical and financial flows.
• Lead launch readiness and commercialization across manufacturing, regulatory affairs, quality, compliance, finance, commercial, delivery, and CMC functions.
• Build and lead global teams and external partnerships while aligning senior stakeholders on launch decisions, risks, trade-offs, and priorities.
• Integrate distribution readiness, global trade compliance, and import/export requirements into launch execution.
• Establish standardized processes, governance models, and best practices to improve speed to market, service, cost efficiency, and operational reliability.
• Lead risk assessments, investment recommendations, mitigation planning, and digital initiatives that improve launch transparency and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, science, or a related field; an MBA or master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in supply chain management.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams and external partnerships across multiple regions.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse business partners around enterprise priorities.
• Deep understanding of global pharmaceutical supply chains, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making and familiarity with structured project management methodologies and portfolio management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex global new product launches.
• Experience using digital technologies, analytics, and data-driven insights to improve supply chain and launch performance.
• Up to 10% international and domestic travel availability.
