Business Analyst – Sr.

What you will do

• Maintain portfolio client relationship management and middleware systems, including Salesforce and SyncFrog.
• Interface with departments across the organization to support operational data management.
• Implement daily middleware and change-management files accurately and on time.
• Reconcile system data daily and weekly against change-management requests.
• Create and verify client performance files and support client reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong analytical and data-modeling skills, with the ability to analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including VLOOKUPs, concatenation, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Experience or knowledge of Salesforce and SyncFrog is preferred.

Nice to have

• Basic VB knowledge.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint reporting.
• Budget analysis experience.
• Six Sigma process-improvement knowledge.
