What you will do
- Analyze information received through business cases.
- Use application reporting tools such as Tableau.
- Interpret data presented in dashboards.
- Support business analysis activities and reporting.
- Work with Salesforce or another CRM platform and learn the relevant tools.
Requirements
- Experience with application reporting tools, such as Tableau.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM tool, with the ability to learn new systems.
- Background in business analysis or data analytics.
- Organized, analytical, and self-motivated approach to work.
- Understanding of dashboard data and strong reporting skills.
Nice to have
- Project management experience; PMP certification is not required.
