What you will do

• Analyze internal and customer-facing data to generate insights on customer retention, program performance, and other strategic operations projects.
• Collect data from Salesforce, financial systems, and reporting platforms, then perform preliminary cleaning and analysis.
• Own assigned analytical projects from start to finish while supporting senior team members and collaborating with executive leadership.
• Identify anomalies, trends, and questions requiring escalation or deeper investigation.
• Translate findings into clear business stories and polished presentations for senior leadership.
• Clarify data sources, metrics, and business context to connect qualitative perspectives with quantitative analysis.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related analytics role.
• Understanding of customer metrics and business fundamentals, including retention, revenue, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with data flows from operational systems such as Salesforce and financial platforms into analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and basic visualization.
• Strong attention to detail, quantitative thinking, communication skills, and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, learn new tools quickly, and take ownership of assigned work.

Nice to have

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong quantitative academic performance or analytical project experience, such as a thesis, capstone, or personal project.
