Functional Analyst / Tier 2 Helpdesk

What you will do

• Provide Tier 2 Helpdesk support for Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST financial management applications.
• Troubleshoot complex user issues, document resolutions, and identify recurring trends.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements while supporting system enhancements.
• Perform system, regression, and user acceptance testing for application updates.
• Administer user security roles and access requests, and support Vendor Management and G-Invoicing processes.
• Create user guides, training materials, and system documentation while recommending process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 5 years of progressive professional experience supporting enterprise financial management systems.
• Required experience with Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST financial management applications.
• Experience with Tier 2 Helpdesk or advanced functional support, requirements documentation, and user security administration.
• Experience conducting system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, and Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DEA, DOJ, or other federal government financial management environments.
• Experience with G-Invoicing and Vendor Management within Momentum or UFMS.
• Experience collaborating with software developers and technical teams.
• Knowledge of federal financial management policies and procedures.
