Flex Operator Night Shift (Injection Molding)

Location: Bardstown, Kentucky, United States. Onsite night-shift role with a 7p–7p schedule and a 2/2/3 rotation.

What you will do

• Support injection molding operations, including material, option, mold, and version changes.
• Prepare, clean, test, and assemble nozzles and nozzle blocks.
• Assist Process Technicians and other technical team members with daily operations and preventive maintenance on molding tools and equipment.
• Perform mold pre-stage, water-line, 5S, and daily equipment checks and audits.
• Provide production, vacation, overtime changeover, Relief Operator, and Production Operator coverage as needed.
• Follow safety procedures, use personal protective equipment, and participate in safety and communications meetings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
