Machine Operator-PEM Insertion 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment for efficient, high-quality manufacturing.
• Inspect products during production and adjust machines or tooling as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and operational checks, including lubrication, tool upkeep, fluid replacement, pressure checks, and safety inspections.
• Operate material-handling equipment and maintain a clean, organized production area.
• Communicate equipment, material, and production concerns to the Group Lead or Supervisor.
• Share knowledge, support training, collaborate on improvements, and help maintain workflow and productivity.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 because the Warwick facility is ITAR-controlled.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, reach, and climb throughout the workday.
• Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to product quality, workplace safety, independent work, and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and assist with team training.
