Flexo Press Operator - 2nd or 3rd Shift

Location: 170 Monarch Ln, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342, USA; on-site, full-time work on either the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) or 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM).

What you will do

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses for production runs.
• Prepare cylinders, mount plates, and adjust ink fountains and rollers.
• Interpret order specifications and use overlay gauges or shop scales to maintain close tolerances.
• Investigate equipment abnormalities, identify root causes, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Follow SOPs, ISO 9001 work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate across departments and enter completed production data into plant software.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of printing press operation experience; flexographic machinery experience is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a root-cause troubleshooting mindset.
• Basic math skills and willingness to learn PC software for production reporting.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, push, pull, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent physical activity during the shift.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and complete a post-offer background check, drug screening, and pre-hire medical questionnaire.
