Building & Corporate Services Technician

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States; onsite role with frequent physical maintenance duties and a rotational on-call schedule including evenings and weekends.

hirify.global is an energy company seeking facility support for building maintenance and corporate services.

What you will do

• Oversee vendors and service providers and coordinate specialized contractor support.
• Obtain materials and supplies and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Respond to building maintenance inquiries involving plumbing, electrical systems, renovations, furniture, construction, and replacements.
• Assist with preventive maintenance for commercial HVAC, building automation systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Recommend facilities solutions and build effective working relationships with Human Resources, Safety and Security, employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least one year of hands-on experience in building maintenance, construction, mechanical, or related technical work.
• Working knowledge of building maintenance and repair, including HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, and related systems.
• Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools and perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working at varying heights.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record meeting company vehicle and insurance requirements.
• Professional communication skills and availability for a rotational on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Experience with commercial building construction or renovation projects.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and common business applications.
• Ability to learn new processes, equipment, and systems quickly and deliver quality results.
