Procurement Analyst, Operations Procurement

Location: Santa Teresa, New Mexico; must be located in New Mexico, preferably Santa Teresa or nearby.

Salary: $89,000–$99,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop procurement strategies for data center operations, maintenance, and facilities needs.
• Lead or support RFI and RFP activities for facility services, spare parts, consumables, and critical infrastructure vendors.
• Conduct competitive bidding, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Facilities leadership to forecast demand and maintain service continuity.
• Monitor supplier performance, support corrective action plans, and provide procurement reporting.
• Perform spend analysis, cost modeling, total cost of ownership assessments, purchase order management, and contract compliance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of procurement experience or equivalent.
• Experience with MRO procurement, service contracts, supplier performance analytics, or data center operations is relevant to the role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be located in New Mexico, preferably Santa Teresa or nearby.
• Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
