IT Sourcing / Vendor Management Analyst Sr

Salary: $92,600–$154,400 per year

What you will do

• Support and lead contract management activities, including requesting quotes, reviewing utilization, assessing value, and making recommendations.
• Support procurement and vendor selection by preparing RFPs, evaluating proposals, and contributing to negotiations.
• Provide strategic and process oversight, including continuous process improvement across business and Digital Technology requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance against metrics and KPIs and develop vendor relationships.
• Support service delivery and project deliverables across procurement, finance, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and applications.
• Share expertise through knowledge articles, mentoring, relationship development, and job shadowing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or an equivalent field.
• Five or more years of experience in information technology or a related area.
• Experience with external vendor management, contract negotiation, analytical support, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong organizational, communication, time-management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage changing requirements, and handle competing priorities with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Relevant industry certifications.
• Information Technology experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Apptio.
