Analyst, Financial Account Management

Location: North Bethesda, Maryland, United States; onsite 4 days per week. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $57,129–$75,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio and territory of franchisee accounts, including collection follow-up and account activity monitoring.
• Contact franchisees about past-due balances, understand the causes of delinquency, and establish payment expectations and arrangements.
• Research billing questions, disputes, and account discrepancies with Finance and other internal stakeholders.
• Identify high-risk or delinquent accounts and prepare recommendations for payment arrangements, defaults, reservation suspensions, settlements, and termination actions.
• Partner with Franchise Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Financial Account Management leadership on account resolutions and enforcement actions.
• Report portfolio performance, aging, payment behavior, and recurring account issues while contributing to process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit, customer financial services, finance, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct difficult conversations about financial obligations.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities independently while recognizing when escalation is needed.
• Ability to work onsite in North Bethesda, Maryland, 4 days per week; visa sponsorship is not available.
