Senior Analyst, Franchise Feasibility & Investments (Hospitality)

Location: Four days onsite in a hybrid arrangement at the North Bethesda, Maryland corporate headquarters.

Salary: $86,886–$102,219 per year.

What you will do

• Conduct franchise feasibility, market opportunity, asset evaluation, and investment analyses for hotel development initiatives.
• Prepare deal value analyses covering market revenue opportunities, capital deployment, pricing strategies, and other business drivers.
• Build financial projections and business cases using DCF, NPV, IRR, and cash flow waterfall methodologies.
• Evaluate franchise contracts, development pipelines, and new hotel opportunities for financial and strategic alignment.
• Maintain valuation and development reporting and improve analytical tools with Business Intelligence partners.
• Develop executive presentations, performance insights, and recommendations for senior leadership and Board-level discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, real estate feasibility, investment analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical discipline.
• Strong financial analysis, financial modeling, problem-solving, critical reasoning, and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of DCF, NPV, and IRR valuation methodologies.
• Experience working with large datasets and communicating complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Ability to work four days onsite in a hybrid arrangement at the North Bethesda, Maryland office; this role is not eligible for sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality, franchising, real estate, or lodging.
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, or other business intelligence tools.
