Senior Analyst, Financial Account Management

Location: Onsite four days a week in North Bethesda, Maryland, at the corporate headquarters

Salary: $65,698–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio and assigned territory of franchisee accounts, including collection activity and portfolio performance.
• Monitor receivables, aging, payment trends, delinquency, and financial risk.
• Develop collection strategies, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain accurate account documentation.
• Evaluate high-risk and delinquent accounts and recommend settlements, defaults, reservation suspensions, or franchise termination.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Franchise Sales, and Operations on enforcement actions and relationship-sensitive solutions.
• Report portfolio performance, emerging risks, collection outcomes, and process improvement opportunities to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least four years of experience in commercial collections, accounts receivable, credit, financial operations, or a related field.
• Experience independently managing complex customer or business account portfolios, negotiating payment arrangements, and resolving financial disputes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Intermediate or higher Excel proficiency and office software experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or a similar ERP system and/or Salesforce; knowledge of franchise agreements and franchise financial operations.
