What you will do

• Provide financial analysis and analytical support for the account team and client business needs.
• Gather, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems, identifying variances, performance issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain financial databases, project documentation, budgets, purchase orders, commitments, and project closeout records.
• Prepare management reports, client presentations, ad hoc analyses, and recommendations.
• Create Power BI and Smartsheet dashboards, portals, automated reporting, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients through meetings, calls, and written communication while supporting process improvements and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–7 years of previous experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of Power BI and data or dashboard technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, advanced lookup functions, pivot tables, filtering, formulas, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, communication, time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
