Instrument and Electrical Technician

Location: Sheboygan, Wisconsin, United States; onsite at the Sheboygan plant

What you will do

• Install, configure, terminate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot process instrumentation and controls.
• Work from wiring schematics, loop diagrams, and P&IDs to support plant equipment.
• Document maintenance activities, update equipment files, and maintain detailed job records in SAP.
• Support process safety management, safety improvements, environmental initiatives, production improvements, and capital projects.
• Coordinate with vendors to identify parts and support ordering and delivery.
• Assist other maintenance disciplines as needed and collaborate with the regional controls team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as an electronics, instrumentation, approved maintenance, or electrical technician.
• Experience with pressure, level, flow, and temperature instrumentation.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and complete a drug test and background investigation as a condition of employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC programming and I/O equipment.
