Finance Analyst

Location: Hagerstown, Maryland, United States

Salary: $64,500–$103,500 per year

What you will do

• Analyze and prepare monthly financial results, reports, and projections for management.
• Support budgets, forecasts, capital allocation, make-versus-buy decisions, and capital project requests.
• Partner with management and other departments to improve profitability through pricing and cost efficiency.
• Manage monthly close activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting packages for assigned areas.
• Administer business systems and procedures, including Sarbanes-Oxley process testing and internal-control documentation updates.
• Develop operational metrics, monitor benchmarks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience, or a Finance/Accounting internship with hirify.global.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with U.S. and international accounting regulations.
