Financial Analyst (Automotive)

What you will do

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational results for management, regional finance, and business functions.
• Calculate product profitability, transfer prices, and standard manufacturing costs.
• Analyze cost variances against budgets and prior periods and review performance with operational managers.
• Prepare budgets, validate financial forecasts, and monitor cost fluctuations and business trends.
• Support month-end closing, monthly financial statements, management reports, and ad hoc analyses.
• Prepare documentation for external and internal audits and support cost-saving initiatives and operational decisions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in controlling within a manufacturing company or in audit.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• English proficiency sufficient for active participation in meetings and presentation of financial data.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large volumes of numerical data.
• Ability to understand manufacturing processes and translate operational activities into financial insights, supported by strong communication skills.
