Financial Analyst (Marine)

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin; hybrid with 3 days onsite. Travel required: 0%. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $62,800–$90,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations in line with internal control requirements.
• Analyze and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance, explaining variances and identifying key drivers.
• Coordinate annual budgets and monthly forecasts for business units and operating cost centers.
• Partner with service operations, category management, and other departments on financial and business decisions.
• Perform sales, margin, pricing, and ad hoc analyses for product lines and business units.
• Lead finance activities for new product development, including business cases, sensitivity analyses, recommendations, and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across organizational functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Current authorization to work in the United States without requiring employment visa sponsorship.
