Financial Analyst - Commercial Aftermarket

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 annually

What you will do

• Provide financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations for the Commercial Aftermarket business.
• Partner with functional teams to analyze business drivers, operational performance, and financial results.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries, account analysis, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Prepare management reports, variance analyses, forecasts, budgets, financial models, and scenario evaluations.
• Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses, profitability assessments, business cases, and reporting-process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business discipline.
• At least three years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, auditing, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required for the position.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
• CPA or MBA.
