Finance Intern - Year-Round Rotation Program

Location: Hagerstown, Maryland, United States; hybrid schedule available, with required onsite attendance in Hagerstown, MD.

Pay range: $18.00–$37.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Complete a two-year finance internship with four-month rotations across six functional areas.
• Build experience in credit and collections, financial services, demand planning, and financial planning and analysis.
• Support aftermarket and used equipment pricing, new product development accounting, and global procurement supply chain accounting.
• Develop skills in general ledger accounting, auditing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cost accounting.
• Strengthen business partnership, business acumen, analytical capabilities, and personal leadership through progressive rotations.
• Build a cross-functional professional network and prepare for potential full-time employment after graduation.

Requirements

• Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Must be a freshman, sophomore, or rising junior with at least two years remaining before graduation.
• Must commit to at least 15 hours per week for two years during in-session semesters and work onsite in Hagerstown, MD.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
