Production Supervisor II (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Lynnwood, Washington, United States; on-site manufacturing environment

Salary: $103,209–$133,785 annual USD.

What you will do

• Lead and direct employees across metal fabrication, assembly, and testing operations, potentially across multiple shifts.
• Use lean manufacturing tools and mentor employees in continuous improvement practices.
• Monitor daily KPIs, identify performance gaps, and drive structured problem solving using methods such as 8 Step, 5 Why, Cause and Effect, and Fishbone analysis.
• Plan resources, staffing, overtime, and labor allocations to meet customer demand and production schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other functional groups to ensure compliant production and timely resolution of issues.
• Coach and develop employees, make staffing decisions, and support team and business growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory experience and 5+ years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing continuous improvement, including standard work, 5S, and material replenishment.
• Ability to align customer demand with manufacturing capacity and develop labor plans.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business and present to groups.
• Where Controlled Data or Information access is required, only US Persons will be considered due to ITAR requirements.
