Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: 100% on-site in Liverpool, New York, USA. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with occasional overtime.

Salary: $68,400–$78,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop an operational team of approximately 5–20 direct reports.
• Manage schedules, staffing, tools, and equipment to optimize daily capacity and performance.
• Drive improvement strategies covering safety, cost, quality, training, inventory, and service.
• Oversee warehouse workflows, including shipping, receiving, loading and unloading, inventory reporting, and storage planning.
• Lead daily safety huddles, monthly safety meetings, 5S activities, housekeeping, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce downtime and process complexity.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in an applicable field such as engineering is preferred.
• 5+ years of operational experience with first-line supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing teams of 5–20 direct reports.
• Experience with scheduling, planning, budgeting, operational controls, and performance data analysis.
• Ability to manage, coach, and develop a diverse team.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, urgency, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
