Salary: $110,000–$140,000 annual base salary, plus equity.

hirify.global is partnering with a healthtech startup to support nurse practitioner practices with revenue cycle management operations.

What you will do

  • Monitor denial rates, accounts receivable aging, claim submission timelines, collections trends, and other revenue cycle metrics.
  • Track practice-level revenue cycle health, outstanding issues, and action items across a portfolio of practices.
  • Investigate and resolve issues across claim submission, payment posting, denial management, appeals, and accounts receivable.
  • Act as the primary contact for practices, providing proactive updates and translating billing data into actionable insights.
  • Guide practice staff on payer requirements, coding accuracy, documentation standards, and billing best practices.
  • Coordinate with external billing partners and internal RCM teams while improving workflows, documentation, and scalable processes.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in revenue cycle management consulting, billing operations, or a client-facing healthcare revenue cycle role.
  • Deep knowledge of the complete healthcare revenue cycle, including charge capture, claims, payment posting, denials, appeals, and accounts receivable.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience diagnosing performance issues using operational reports and billing data.
  • Experience advising healthcare practices on payer requirements, coding accuracy, documentation, and revenue cycle best practices.
  • Ability to work confidently with multiple electronic medical record and practice management systems.
  • Excellent communication, organization, ownership, and prioritization skills across multiple practice relationships.
