Manager, CM (RN)

Location: Remote in California; PST hours required

Salary: $102,900–$190,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage the care management team and oversee member care management to support high-quality, cost-effective healthcare outcomes.
• Review care management documentation, audits, policies, and procedures for compliance with federal and state regulations, contractual requirements, and NCQA standards.
• Lead escalation and complex-case processes, including resolving member or provider complaints and guiding staff on appropriate interventions.
• Oversee care management programs, caseloads, reporting metrics, and quality objectives in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Support member outreach through telephonic, digital, home, and other site-based channels while coordinating with providers and resources.
• Assist with onboarding, hiring, training, and change initiatives for the care management team.

Requirements

• Active RN license in California is required.
• RN state licensure and/or compact state licensure is required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or a bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience managing care management teams, documentation, escalations, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work PST hours.
