Coding & OASIS Reviewer (PRN) (ICD-10/Post-Acute Care): Reviewing OASIS assessments and ICD-10 coding in patient charts with an accent on documentation accuracy, compliance, and reimbursement impact. Focus on documenting recommended changes, meeting chart-equivalent targets, and maintaining quality metrics in remote post-acute care workflows.
Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Review OASIS assessments and document recommended changes in the approved system.
- Review ICD-10 coding and sequencing against patient-chart documentation.
- Document review results, reasons for changes, and recommended reimbursement impact.
- Ensure review workflows are timely and accurate.
- Meet chart-equivalent targets and quality metrics.
Requirements
- At least one year of medical coding or OASIS review experience.
- HCS-D certification.
- HCS-O or COS-C certification.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Comfort with remote work arrangements and virtual collaboration tools.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.
