What you will do

• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM billing codes supported by medical documentation.
• Review OASIS assessments and identify appropriate primary and secondary diagnoses and procedures.
• Ensure coding complies with applicable regulations, OASIS standards, and internal policies.
• Review documentation and recommend plan-of-care corrections when needed.
• Support assigned healthcare agencies and complete other related duties.

Requirements

• GED or high school diploma.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Current coding certification: HCS-D or BCHH-C.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required for U.S.-based positions.
• Ability to work additional or irregular hours as needed and view a computer screen for extended periods.
• Ability to follow security policies protecting company and client information.

Nice to have

• OASIS experience.
• Hospice experience.
